
| As Senior Vice President, Strategic Services, Behram focuses on the broad scope of analytic tools that enable InfoWorks to leverage proprietary customer databases to enhance overall customer value. He provides leadership to InfoWorks clients, enabling them to capitalize on the premise that the systematic application of database marketing tools will enhance their customer franchise. Over the last decade, Behram has concentrated on the strategic applications of advanced analytical methods to enhance firm value. He has worked closely with such clients as American Express, AT&T, Bell South, CIBC, IBM Europe, JC Penney, Lexus, L.L. Bean, Sears Canada, Sprint and Westminster Bank. Behram speaks regularly at major professional conferences and has published over 25 articles in leading marketing, direct marketing, management science and operations research journals. Behram holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |
