Both can be downloaded from the internet for freetrial and are inexpensive to license for the long term.  Be aware, however,that there is a learning curve associated with any computerized drawing package.These products appear to effectively minimize that learning process.  Thenames of the products and the links to their websites are; MayuraDraw and SmartDraw, in alphabeticalorder.

The above products may not easily produce exactly scaled and dimensioneddrawings.  If you need precisely scaled drawings you will need a fullfledged CAD (computer aided design) program.  Such a program may have agreat deal of additional capability, but it will also carry with it a muchlarger learning curve.
