This table lists the electronic forms used to display the information in your cemetery records. The description explains how the form is used. Click in the Viewcolumn to see a sample of the form used by the program. This should giveyou a pretty good sense of the kind of information kept within the system. Note that there is a "notes" field in each record type where you canrecord any other kind of information you wish to keep.

| List form | A form that shows the list of the records that you have entered into your system. There are three list forms, one for plots, one for owners, and one for payments. All three list forms are very similar in form and function. The columns of information displayed will differ for each of the three record types. This form is designed to help you navigate through your list of cemetery records to locate any record of interest. | View |
| Plot Record | A form to show all the information that you have entered about a single plot in your cemetery. After you have located a plot on the list form above, you activate this form to see the detailed information that has been entered. When entering new records, only fields with applicable information need to be entered. | View |
| Owner Record | A form to show all the information that you have entered about an owner of a plot. After you have located an owner on the list form above, you activate this form to see the detailed information that has been entered.
