List form

The List form is very similar for Plots, Owners, and Payments.  The navigation and control buttons at thetop of the form are identical for all three types of records.  The first three columns are also identicalfor all three types of records, but the columns after the third will vary depending upon the type of informationcontained in the records.
 

• The navigation buttons in the upper left allow you to move forward and backward through your list of records.  You can move a record at a time, a page at a time, or to the beginning or end of the file.
• The Edit button lets you view the current record in a detailed form.
• The New button gives you an empty form to enter information for a new record(s).
• The drop down list between the New and the Filter buttons let you select any of several sequences to order your list of records.
• The Filter button lets you establish selection criteria.  This will narrow the view to only those records which satisfy your criteria.
