The Plot Record form shows all the information that has been entered for a specific plot in the cemetery. Only those items that are applicable need to be entered. The Vet and Notes fields provide for the entryof a nearly unlimited amount of descriptive text. The Xnm field (Index name) is automatically generatedfrom the first seven characters of the deceased's last name plus the first initial. It can be manuallyoverridden if desired. It allows gravesites to be sorted by the name of the deceased.
