The Owner Record form shows all the information that has been entered about an owner of a plot. Only those items that are applicable need to be entered. The Notes field allows the entry of a nearly unlimitedamount of descriptive text. The ID field is generated automatically from the first seven characters ofthe last name and the first name initial. It can be manually overridden if desired.
The Payment Record form displays all information about a single payment. The current date is automaticallyfilled in when a new payment is entered but can be overridden. When a new payment is entered from an OwnerRecord form (the usual case) the identifying Cemetery, Section and Site fields are automatically filled in also. Typically, only the Amount field needs to be entered. The Refno field may be used to record the check number.
