Following two years of partial ownership of an environmental, health and safety consulting firm established Germanow & Co. to secure start up and growth financing for visionary entrepreneurs. Has raised almost $ 2 million for Rochester area high tech start ups. Holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and a M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Holds degrees from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and Dartmouth College. Has spent almost entire business career in International Agribusiness activities. Spent 14 years as President of Namolco, Inc., a world wide distributor of molasses and molasses based products. Subsequently served as a consultant to several Billion dollar revenue international agribusiness concerns.
Industry knowledge/strengths: Broad knowledge of world sugar industry with particularly strong contacts in Australia, Brazil and Mexico. Concentrates on M&A work involving international agribusiness activities.
Stanley Brooks, Equipment Consultant
Holds B.S. Degree from Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture. Spent entire business career before retiring in 1997 with Perry Machinery Corp., the leading buyer and seller of used plant and equipment to the process industries around the world. Established sugar machinery, plastics and rubber departments and was first Managing Director for Perry Process Equipment, Ltd. UK.
Industry knowledge/strengths: Knowledgeable in worldwide process machinery equipment markets and in the removal and shipment of whole plants. Can provide equipment appraisals and assists in marketing of whole plants.
Robert L. Ervin, Representative
Spent his entire career in advertising retiring from N. W. Ayer, a worldwide advertising organization as a Vice President and Account Executive. Following a period as an advertising and marketing consultant Bob joined another M&A firm for a period before joining FINCOMsm. He is a trustee of Chestnut Hill Hospital and the Hospital Trustees Association of Pennsylvania. Graduated Charles Morris Price School of Advertising & Journalism and studied international economics at Oxford University.
Industry knowledge/strengths: Broad knowledge of advertising and marketing and the heath care field. Responsible for business development and client relations in the Delaware Valley with particular emphasis on health care.

Spent his entire business career with Pennsylvania Power & Light Corp. (now PP&L Resources) where he served as Director of Procurement from 1973 to 1993 responsible of procurement of all services and materials except fuels. Holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. Roger has been very active in Lehigh University alumni affairs.
