| The Defense Supply Center - Columbus (DSCC), an organization of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), is the contracting activity for the 10-year, $3 million-per-year-for-core-services contract. The potential worth of the contract, based on government estimates, is $193,185,003. The only guaranteed funding, however, is the $3 million per year for core services. All other funding will come from customers who use MSIAC (SP0700-99-D-0300) services. Services beyond the provided core functions will be conducted and funded by means of separate Technical Area Tasks (TATs). TATs will be managed by the prime contractor for this award, the Illinois Institute of Technology Research Institute (IITRI). |
| Hanscom Air Force Base -- Electronic Systems Center has awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under GSA Services Schedule 70 Contract to a team comprised of small businesses including VTC. The Prime Contractor for this effort is Washington Square Associates, Inc. |
| Support to be provided includes a broad range of system oriented technical services. These include development planning analyses, acquisition engineering, specialty engineering (system safety, human factors, reliability and maintainability, electromagnetic compatibility, quality assurance and test and evaluation, computer resources/software engineering support, communications), manufacturing engineering, facility acquisition engineering, integrated logistics support, configuration and data management and financial management. Support may also include the preparation of technical inputs to acquisition documentation for systems being acquired by program offices. The primary products of the ITSP contractor's efforts will be analyses, technical reports or other data deliverables. |
