Pager Plans

Numeric

A monthly charge for the ability to connect to a paging network. This fee is assessed monthly whether the pager is actually used or not.

Usage Allowance
The number of messages the user can receive without incurring additional charges. Usage is measured by either message slots, message character blocks, or simply by characters.

Rate per Additional Overcall
This is a charge that occurs when the user receives calls beyond the allocated monthly limit.

Activation Fee
This is a fee charged by the carrier to the customer when they activate their paging service for the first time.

Contract
