	Graphical Situation Displays Our customers' Graphical Situation Displays have high performance requirements to process large amounts of data and update complex graphical data in real-time. These displays include large raster and vector based maps and thousands of icon updates per second. To solve these problems engineers on VTC's Visualization Team developed a graphics engine. This engine has been designed to make use of optimized graphics libraries and multi-threading to handle timely panning, zooming and rotation of standard 2-D and 3-D commercial and government graphics formats. This graphics engine has been integrated into several applications to supply the graphics performance necessary for the display of realtime data. Designing the graphics engine as a reusable set of objects, has enabled VTC engineers to tailor user interfaces around the display engine to furnish capabilities specific to each individual customer's requirements. Internet As more organizations aim to take advantage of the ability to reach people over the Internet the demand for engineers with creative minds has increased. VTC's team of engineers use standard languages, toolkits and data formats to display text and two and three dimensional graphics, as well as, run applications over the Internet. These capabilities enables our clients and employees to access, retrieve and update information from all over the world. Carefully designed software can be used at a customer's site as well as on the Internet, thereby solving several requirements with a single application and reducing software development and training costs to our customers. We use the latest internet technologies, such as Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Virtual Reality Markup Language (VRML), and JAVA to meet the needs of our clients.
