#68 - Forging A New Company

Dupar & Angel, Inc., which sells manufactured housing, had 1999 sales of $60 million after a merger with Pacific Home Sales of Visalia. The merger should be nearly complete by January 2000, and the company will move then to a new office on Airport Blvd. in Santa Rosa. The company has 50 employees in the county in addition to independent sales staff.
