Weekly:

Friday's -
Mountain Biking ~ 5:00-6:00 pm, intensity level changes weekly. Don't be intimidated! You'll have a blast. Contact Lisa Graznak for more info.

Saturday's -
Biking ~ it's time to pump up those tires and hop back in the saddle, a group meets on Saturday mornings to hit the road (or trail) and ride. To find out specifics on the where/when/why (she'll be sure to give you a motivational reason), contact Maree ... giddy-up and move'em out.

Running ~ Who sleeps in on Saturday? Not us ... will be meeting each Saturday to log some miles. Come out and join us ... either running or walking. Contact Jeanean Spindler for specifics on the time and place.
