LEONARD DENDUNNEN

Leonard W. Dendunnen is the President of Denmor Asset Management, LLC. He is the only trading principal and is responsible for all trading-related decisions made by Advisor. Mr. Dendunnen has more than 15 years experience in trading derivatives, in particular, options on equity index products and options on foreign currencies.

Arnheim hotel roomsMost recently, from February 2002 to the present, Mr. Dendunnen has been trading for his own account, employing the same trading strategy that the Advisor intends to use. Previously, from June 2001 to February 2002, Mr. Dendunnen a senior trader with Southfield Corporation, a private hedge fund, where he was responsible for trading a foreign exchange volatility program as well as an equity index volatility program. Earlier, from June 1999 through May 2001, Mr. Dendunnen was a senior trader with Manchester Trading LLC, a private hedge fund, where he developed and executed a long term derivatives trading strategy involving options on equity index products. Mr. Dendunnen traded for his own account from November 1998 to May 1999. From August 1998 to October 1998, Mr. Dendunnen was affiliated with Barclays Capital, a division of Barclays Bank PLC, as a foreign currency options specialist. There, he developed and executed daily and long term trading strategies to manage Barclays Capital’s foreign currency options positions. From October 1995 to October 1997, he served as the head of global foreign currency options and senior bookrunner—foreign currency derivatives at Bankers Trust.

Mr. Dendunnen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St Lawrence University.
