Adjustable-Rate Mortgages
If you’re looking for a little more house for your money, our adjustable-rate mortgage is the way to go. The interest rate is discounted initially, making the rate lower than those of fixed-rate loans. Periodic adjustments take the rate higher or lower based on market conditions. Note that there are limits, or "caps", on how much rates can increase or decrease at each adjustment period, usually every year or every three years.
